Our two bigger apartments 2 + 3 are on the second floor of our house for a capacity for 4 to 6 persons each.

Both apartments have two double rooms, one living room with sleeping couch and one kitchenette, a foyer and one bathroom including shower, toilet and bidet. The balcony with southern exposure provides a spectacular view on the mountains of Dolomites Alps (World Cultural Heritage). Both apartments have also an electric cooking range, a fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, satellite tv, W-LAN, safe and hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom.

Bed linen and towels are also available.

Our smaller apartment 1 is on the first floor and could welcome for 2 to 4 persons.

The apartment has a double room, a spacious living room with sleeping couch and kitchenette, a foyer with wardrobe and a big bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The spacious terrace on the south-west side provides a marvelous view on our village and the Dolomites Alps.It’s an electric cooking range with two hot plates, a fridge with freezer, coffee machine, satellite tv, free W-LAN, safe and hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom.

Bed linen and towels are also available.

• The prices are per apartment & night - get on with a fewest stay of 7 nights plus tourist tax of 2,50 € per person per day (aged 14 years and over).
• Reduction for children: children up to 2 years are free (high season excluded).
• Final cleaning costs: 30 €
• The apartments are available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments should be free until 10 a.m.
• We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

• Your reservation is confirmed under the presentation of a deposit of 30 per cent of the booked arrangement.
• Cancellation:
  • Cancellation till 3 months before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation till 4 weeks before arrival: we will charge you 30 per cent of the booked arrangement
  • Cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival: we will charge you 100 per cent of the booked arrangement 
  • For delayed arrival or premature departure: we will charge you 100 per cent of the booked arrangement
